I remember on 3.2, upon clicking logout, that I had this small windows with the alligator picture giving me the options to power off, restart, logout as a different user but I don't see it anymore on 3.2.1. Did I miss something? Is this feature gone? How do I set it again?.It is still there. Try "Control Panel->KDE Components->Session Manager", and make sure "Confirm logout" is on.
