Upgrading to KDE 3.2

Hi everybody

I am still using KDE 3.1.3 but I'd like to upgrade to KDE 3.2. I know
that's possible with Konstruct but when I red the README txt, the
procedure seems too hard for me. Is it another SIMPLE way to upgrade to
KDE 3.2 or simplu the detailed procedure with using Konstruct
