open the Control Center of type kcontrol goto Sound and Multimedia >> system notification Pick "The KDE Window manager" from the drop down menu and find "A Window is Minimized/Maximized". Uncheck the box towards the bottom of the page where it says play sound. If you don't have any specific settings just click Defaults on the bottom and I believe the default turns off most sounds.
