O.K. I'm hooked on KDE now so I jumped on the KDE3.2.1 release an
decided to build. Unfortunately it's broken in the kdenetwork/wifi
stuff.

As it is, I don't need wifi on this machine anyway so can I just edit a
Makefile to skip this and hopefully not break my build?
