[hard question] Konqueror ToolBar icons

How do I add an icon to an option in the Configure ToolBars dialog box?

Simple question but I can't figure it out.

I suspect that the name for the icon is hard coded in the code.

If so, where should I look.

Specifically, I want to add an icon for: "Folders First"
