I downloaded all the KDE 3.2 RPMs from the RedHat9 section of KDE.org (ftp://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/9/testing/RPMS) and ran 'rpm -UVH *.rpm' and I still get a dependency error:
[root@localhost KDE3.2]# rpm -ivh *
First problem, I presume that you already have a previous version of KDE on your system. Therefore, you need to UPGRADE NOT INSTALL.
rpm -Uvh *.rpm
try that and post what you get. This should fix part of the problems.
