Seems to me that the idea I had to buy a new computer everytime new software came out was the reason I stopped using Microsoft products .....

Not everyone has the money to upgrade hardware every 18 - 24 months. NOR SHOULD THEY NEED TO!

My PIII-700 handles what I need to use a computer for just fine, thank you. Of course, if you should have, or know someone who would like to donate, the cost of a new system for me, I will be more than glad to let you spend your money on it.

Just don't expect anything in return: I want to make that clear up front. OK?
