Hi Dik, I also use IMAP and have configured Kmail to open my IMAP MAIL-IN folder in Kmail config. Within Kmail you can config ANY folder to open at startup. I use Kmail within Kontact Groupware. With Kmail standalone it is the same. What about the local folders I don't know because I use them in my local network.
