Konstruct fails very early

I'm am new to Linux and am trying to install 3.2 rc1 using Konstruct.  Konstruct successfully downloaded and extracted kdebase and began building kdelibs as a dependency.  It downloads and extracts kdelibs successfully, but then fails very early with the error:

Can someone help me figure out what is wrong?
