Kmail and printing

Hello everyone,

I seem to have a problem with Kmail that I cannot seem to tackle.  When 
printing a message the top of the message, the subject, gets cut off.  How 
can I move the margin down to stop this from happening.  And yes all other 
apps are working fine. Just Kmail.
