Konqueror Folder Drag Bug

Does anyone experience this bug? http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59113. It 
says resolved but I've experienced it in 3.1.3, 3.1.4 and now 3.1.94. It 
really bites.

Someone has re-opened the bug, http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=71310.

Just curious if perhaps it is my distro or something else. Thanks, Jim
