I would like to know if there is a limit to the thumbnail cache in ~/.thumbnails/. I was just recently trying to recover some of my diskspace, and I discovered this thumbnail cache that contained over 200 MB of thumbnails.
Is it possible to limit the size of this cache? Do cached thumbnails ever expire?
I use KDE 3.2, in case that matters, but KDE 3.1.x has the same problem.
I wish that I knew the answers, but I don't.
What I can tell you is that these are just cache files. You can delete them if you like.
