I need to add the above printer to MDK 9.2. I have another one setup on a different computer. It was setup during the initial install of 9.2 and it has the printer using foomatic/bjc600. when I setup the new printer using cups WWW admin tool it does not give me that type of option. Not even the bjc600.
Am I missing some files or some alternate procedure?
You can't AFAIK use the CUPS WWW admin tool to setup foomatic.
I would suggest that you try the Printers KCM in the Control Center or Settings menu (under Peripherals).
