Desktop Pager

I've noticed that the Desktop Pager doesn't show outlines for ALL the 
windows on the desktop.  It gets some, but not others.  I'm not SURE, 
but I'm thinking it may have to do if the application was started with 
"kstart".

Anyone else seeing this problem?
