[PATCH for-next 0/2] Fixes for CONFIG_PREEMPT_NONE

Hi,

Just a few minor fixes for CONFIG_PREEMPT_NONE, where we a) either need
to reschedule (IOPOLL), or b) should reschedule if we're looping for a
potentially long time.
