Much of this serves as prep work for a larger series I have lined up which takes Clint's SKL cdclk patch, expands on it, and then tries to unify a lot of the SKL and BXT cdclk and display core init/uninit code. The final goal is some future hardware enabling, and I really want that to follow the same unified style as much as possible.
