[PATCH] drm/i915: Simplify control flow in intel_atomic_check a bit.

- Unconditionally add plane states. Core helpers would have done this
  in drm_atomic_helper_check_modeset, doing it once more won't cause
  harm and is less fragile.

- Simplify the continue logic when disabling a pipe.
