Looks like you missed:
sanitize_enable_ppgtt() in i915_gem_gtt.c
Well, it just has a pointless !CHV in left in there.

I didn't find anything wrong in there anymore. Just some minor
simplifications and bikesheds that could be done as part of this
patch, or maybe some of them could be followups. See below.
