From: Ville Syrjälä <ville.syrjala@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> pixeldur_ns is now unsued, so kill it from drm_vblank_crtc. framedur_ns is also currently unused but we will have use for it in the near future so leave it be. linedur_ns is still used by nouveau for some internal delays.
