And I also have this issue with the virtual terminals after I resume (reproduced by doing a suspend/resume followed by a reboot): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRaq4SaEnOI Not sure what I'd say in a bug report for this issue. VTs behave fine if I haven't suspend/resumed at all.
