On BSW GPIONC seems to have become more relaxed and accepts devfn 2.0 as well. I also tried to poke at all the other sideband units we care about and they appear to work just as well with 2.0 and 0.0. But being consistent seems like a good idea, so 0.0 it is for everyone.
