With a version of these patches Asus T100A was found to be working by Arjan
who has a device. I do not have the device to test directly. Will be getting
one and verifying on that. But ideally should work. I have verified these patches
on couple of internal panels.

Also some minor changes in intel_dsi.c to support the generic panel driver
are done.

Any comments on this patch-set. There is still two issues which I found when we enable panel driver. PIPE is not going off during first disable sequence and get_pipe_config is not yet implemented for MIPI. I am working on both of them right now.

The pipe not being turned off is MIPI specific issue and not a general issue which I wrongly hinted to you in a call.
