[PATCH 1/6] drm/i915: Add Color manager framework

Intel color manager is a new framework to provide control over
few of the color properties (supported by intel Gen 7 and+
hardware) via sysfs interface. Currently supported properties
are:
1. CSC correction (wide gamute)
2. Gamma correction
3. Hue and Saturation correction
4. Brightness and contrast correction

This patch contains basic implementation of color manager
framework consisting:
1. A register function, which gets called from a dispaly
   while initializing its DRM connector(for example eDP
   and Mipi).
2. Read and write functions for /sysfs interface
3. A command and a data parser.
4. Dummy prototypes for color correction functions.

The sysfs entry will be created at:
/sys/class/drm/<connector-name>/color-manager
