Please initialize this with designated initializers:

		[INTEL_OUTPUT_UNUSED] = "Unused",
                [INTEL_OUTPUT_ANALOG] = "Analog",
		...

and also check for names[output] != NULL here (just to be defensive with
the designated initializers).
