[PATCH 0/4] drm/i915/cdclk: More hardcoded cd2x divider nukage

I missed a couple of spots when I was nuking the cd2x divider==1
assumptions from the squasher support. Remedy that.

And while I was in there I decided to pimp the docs to
describe the CDCLK update methods we support.
