I'll summarise the discussion with Daniel on IRC yesterday and with Ville on the thread: - Let's adjust the timings (when it's needed) in the driver instead of having user-space do it. This avoid leaking an implementation detail, let user-space use the mode without having to tweak it and Ville found that it'd be a bit impractical to match the 2D CEA VIC.
