I've looked at your video and logs, but didn't have an immediate idea.
Can you please file a bug for this at bugs.freedesktop.org against DRI

Also, does this scrolling behaviour happen on all the resolutions?
I've also noticed that your dp converter exposes some single-screen
modes - do those work?
