[PATCH v4 0/7] drm/i915: Vulkan performance query support

Hi all,

Here is a list of changes in this iteration :

  - Reuse i915_user_extension_fn

  - Serialize OA configuration updates

  - Report the perf priority through the effective_prio() helper
    rather than updating the value
