FWIW, I found the following patch that seems to solve the issue, on this platform: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=56178 linked from: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42263 I was unable to find this committed in any of the dev trees, however. Does this have any known issues on other platforms?
