Afterwards DP/HDMI DDI encoders will have "DDI" as their type permanently, and instead one needs to consult the crtc state output_types to determine in which mode we're driving the port. For eDP DDI encoder we leave the type as "EDP" permently since there's quite a bit of code that relies on that being the case. It also allows us to tell DP vs. eDP apart in the DP link training code where we don't currently have the crtc state around as such. I also tossed in a bit of semi-related MST polish on top.
