That's a Poulsbo-like chip, so, no.  Intel insists on licensing that
chip design from Imagination, who don't like open source.

Feel free to let Intel know how you feel about their commitment to open
source driver support for their hardware, of course, but please do so in
a more appropriate forum (your sales rep, for instance).  The people on
this list are only responsible for gen-series graphics chips.
