[PATCH 1/3] drm/i915: Trim gen8_irq_handler

The goal here is to trim an excess posting read and keep the predicates
tight (reusing the same predicate throughout for GT ack/handling).

add/remove: 0/0 grow/shrink: 2/1 up/down: 26/-30 (-4)
