From: Ville Syrjälä <ville.syrjala@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> While reading the HDMI 2.0 spec I noticed some new things related to the RGB quantization range stuff, and after cross checking with CEA-861-F I spotted a some other things as well. So I figured I should pimp up the code a bit. And since we now have two drivers that deal with this stuff, I decided to move a bunch of the code to the core to avoid duplicating the code and having different bugs/features for each driver. I still left the state computation part in the drivers, but eventually we might want to move that code into some helper as well.
