Quoting "J. Roeleveld via Info" <info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>:
Since 3.6, sieve scripts are stored in the '#sieve' mailbox
(configurable with
the sieve_folder imapd.conf(5) option). No manual steps are necessary for
upgrade: Cyrus recognises the old style storage and will convert to the new
style automatically as necessary.
---
This works for personal sieve-scripts, but not global sieve scripts. And the
guide on how to configure global sieve scripts has not been updated.
I'm on the way to upgrade my 3.2 murder cluster to 3.8 by replication.
I have global sieve scripts for some shared mailboxes.
And I just realise, thanks to you, that I don't know where on the
replicated servers those global sieve scripts are.
And it seems they were not replicated.
Replication is the recommanded way of upgrade, how should I
replicate my global scripts ?

To find them, check your imapd.conf for "sievedir".
It's the full tree under there which contains the sieve-scripts (pre 3.6).
Do note, global sieve-scripts can not be changed in 3.8 currently.
Which is annoying.
