Hi Vladislav,
Permissions and ownership are correct.
I've tried the following:
localhost.localdomain> reconstruct -r support
Message from syslogd@mailserver at Oct 17 15:47:27 ...
pport: update acl from header
group:users#011lrs#011anonymous#011p#011group:sysadmin#011lrsw#011 =>
group:users#011lrs#011anonymous#011p#011group:sysadmin#011lrsw#011adam#011lrswipkxtecd#011dummy#011lrswipkxtecd#011#012support
It exited very quickly so I don't think any reconstruction actually took
place.
The folder no longer returns "System I/O error" when accessed from
Thunderbird.
It opens without errors but shows no messages, even though they are all
there:
ls -al support | wc -l
223322
ls -al support | tail -5
-rw------- 1 cyrus mail 9328 Feb 6 2017 99998.
-rw------- 1 cyrus mail 2556 Feb 6 2017 99999.
-rw------- 1 cyrus mail 356058156 Oct 15 21:48 cyrus.cache
-rw------- 1 cyrus mail 298 Mar 30 2023 cyrus.header
-rw------- 1 cyrus mail 21438464 Oct 17 15:47 cyrus.index
Any ideas what else to try?
Regards,
Adam

Hello,
did you check the ownership and permissions on those manually restored
and created files/folders? Shoudl be chown cyrus:mail; chmod 600/700
