A few other pieces of information here:
1. `reconstruct` doesn't work, it only finds the default folders:
```
cyrus@virt:~$ /usr/lib/cyrus/bin/reconstruct -r -f -u phil
user.phil
user.phil.Junk
user.phil.Sent
user.phil.Trash
```
2. I do have a *very* old backup of the db from 2011 from a previous dbd format:
```
[root@virt cyrus]# ls db.philbackup20110206
__db.001 __db.002 __db.003 __db.004 __db.005 log.0000000023 skipstamp
```
