Horde 4 has it's own CardDAV/CalDAV server implementation wwhich is default. 
However, it provides usage / connectivity to "special" external IMAP based 
CardDAV/CalDAV within the Kolab project which is developed on/with cyrus, but 
still does not provide the new HTTP standards mechs..

But Horde is able to "use" CalDAV" als client by "external calendars" over 
HTTP ressources, but must be manually added / configured to a users account 
(with ugly manual auth). So this is probably not what you looking for.

Would be cool if Horde 4 get Cyrus HTTP support too in the future.
