After this command, the mailbox TESTUSER was removed, but
user.TESTUSER.{SPAM,Sent,Drafts}
exist (in cyrus and on the filesystem).
No idea, what happens if I use a wildcard ...
Does the user you logged in to cyradm with have rights to delete the
mailboxes that are not getting deleted?
Might have to do this first:
sam user.TESTUSER <user logging in to cyradm> lrswipdca
