Just bought some good wine for my weekend project: what about rsnapshot combined with lvm snapshots (in the pre/postexec scripts of rsnapshot)? rsnapshot works with rsync and hardlinks. Rotation and some other nice features come out of the box. Any experiences with cyrus and this tool?
