after deleting the concerned subfolder of the mailbox via cyradmin. We created it new with the user's MUA (Thunderbird). Then I copied back the mails (not the cyrus*-files) to that new folder in the file system and ran cyrreconstruct - r -f. Creating the subfolder via cyradm does not work!!! It had to be done by the user's MUA. The mails are visible again.
