Not necessarily, those can be explicitly applied via IMAP. I believe the imapcopy / imaputils project(s) have some maildir-to-imap migration tool, maybe. I remember something like that. For POP - there aren't really any flags, except maybe "seen", but that depends on the provider. > What would be a good way to convert this?
