of forcing a reindex on a mailbox?  I know it triggers when a user logs in

We found out that a Cyrus quota fix ("quota -f ...") only regenerates
metadata for "old format" mailboxes, whereas "reconstruct -r" does 'em
all, also the already-converted.

cyr_expire touches all the mailboxes in order...
