Oooh.  Ok, so you're running "virtdomains: off".

I'm really not happy about the way virtdomains: off interacts with things.  There's
all sorts of mess around mailbox names.  But of course, your username really is
actually "nipsy@xxxxxxxxxxxx" rather than just "nipsy".

Yes, I think this is OK.  But I'm not surprised there's a bug, because it's a weird
configuration.

Can you please file a bug in bugzilla for it.  It will assign to me by default anyway,
and I'll have a look at it when I'm back from holidays.
