Correction; the ctl_mboxlist -d shows then, but neither LIST nor LSUB:

Example:

user.XXXXXXXX.UNI.Seminare     0 default XXXXXXXX     lrswipkxtecda
user.XXXXXXXX.UNI.Seminare 2011        0 default XXXXXXXX
lrswipkxtecda
user.XXXXXXXX.UNI.Seminare 2011.DGS    0 default XXXXXXXX
lrswipkxtecda
user.XXXXXXXX.UNI.Seminare 2011.Logik  0 default XXXXXXXX
lrswipkxtecda
user.XXXXXXXX.UNI.Seminare 2011.Varieties of English   0 default
XXXXXXXX     lrswipkxtecda
user.XXXXXXXX.UNI.Seminare.Isl&AOQ-ndisch      0 default XXXXXXXX
lrswipkxtecda
user.XXXXXXXX.UNI.Seminare.Phonetik II 0 default XXXXXXXX
lrswipkxtecda
user.XXXXXXXX.UNI.Seminare.Pragmatik I 0 default XXXXXXXX
lrswipkxtecda
user.XXXXXXXX.UNI.Seminare.SLI 0 default XXXXXXXX     lrswipkxtecda
user.XXXXXXXX.UNI.Seminare.Semantik II 0 default XXXXXXXX
lrswipkxtecda
user.XXXXXXXX.UNI.Seminare.Soziolinguistik     0 default XXXXXXXX
lrswipkxtecda
user.XXXXXXXX.UNI.Seminare.Soziolinguistik.Projekt     0 default
XXXXXXXX     lrswipkxtecda

Even after a rebuild of mailboxes.db using

ctl_mboxlist -u < mydumpfile

the LIST does not show them:

. OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4rev1 LITERAL+ ID ENABLE ACL RIGHTS=kxte QUOTA
MAILBOX-REFERRALS NAMESPACE UIDPLUS NO_ATOMIC_RENAME UNSELECT CHILDREN
MULTIAPPEND BINARY CATENATE CONDSTORE ESEARCH SORT SORT=MODSEQ
SORT=DISPLAY THREAD=ORDEREDSUBJECT THREAD=REFERENCES ANNOTATEMORE
LIST-EXTENDED WITHIN QRESYNC SCAN XLIST URLAUTH URLAUTH=BINARY
X-NETSCAPE LOGINDISABLED COMPRESS=DEFLATE IDLE] User logged in
SESSIONID=<uni-konstanz.de-11040-1327925587-1>
. list "user.XXXXXXXX" "*"

[...]

* LIST (\HasNoChildren) "." user.XXXXXXXX.UNI.Seminare
* LIST (\HasChildren) "." "user.XXXXXXXX.UNI.Seminare 2011"
* LIST (\HasNoChildren) "." "user.XXXXXXXX.UNI.Seminare 2011.DGS"
* LIST (\HasNoChildren) "." "user.XXXXXXXX.UNI.Seminare 2011.Logik"
* LIST (\HasNoChildren) "." "user.XXXXXXXX.UNI.Seminare 2011.Varieties
of English"

[...]

That's all what cyrus finds with the LIST command. The mailbox
directories are correct on disk. The hierarchy "Seminare.*" is missing
completely.
