Tell exactly what you do.
Do you have mailboxes yet?
cyradm> lm *
Can you change or create them?
cyradm> cm user.bla.bla
cyradm> lam user.bla.bla

How did you try?
cyradm> cm MySharedFolder

What is your configuration?
