Bron,

is this something you'd be able to and willing to look at for 2.5-next 
perhaps? If other people can help you do the leg-work I suppose that's great 
but I want to make sure the requirements to any patches people work on are 
clearly outlined... perhaps along the lines of;

- must be compatible with running in a murder,
- must be configurable (already is!),
- ...

Thoughts?
