I've changed to skiplist, because I had some problems für dbd.

/etc/imapd.conf:
 duplicate_db: skiplist
 tlscache_db: skiplist

I've disabled tlsprune and delprune in the START section of cyrus.conf
and after a restart the cyrus comes up very quickly. :)
