And so on.

The problem was the cyrus-sasl-plan and cyrus-sasl-gssapi were not 
installed.  Once there were installed mupdatetest and ctl_mboxlist -m 
worked.

I was able to transfer an account from the 2.2.12 back-end to the 2.3.16 
backend.
