I've imap cluster consisting with 1 backend server, 1 mupdate server and 2 frontend servers.
First I create an account of mail in the backend server, but in the moment that I try to access via telnet from one of my frontends the following error appear:

I created the accounts over and over again and the error still appears. However the old accounts I can access without a problem.
any idea for this problem? waiting for your answers...
