Hi ! I moved some email accounts on a new server (Cyrus IMAP 2.2.13 on ubuntu 10.4). As a consequence, my mail client (thunderbird) does not display (new) sub sub folders. The funny part is that if I create a new subsubfolder (INBOX.A.B) then I can see any INBOX.A subfolders, even the eldest ones. I thought it was a thunderbird bug/feature (!?), but here is what I get using telnet, then cyradm (DeptIMA & DeptTR both have subfloders built with cm, the only difference is that I have created a new DepTR subfolder with a mail client) : root@albert:~# telnet albert 143 Trying 127.0.1.1... Connected to albert. Escape character is '^]'. * OK albert Cyrus IMAP4 v2.2.13-Debian-2.2.13-19 server ready 1 login "chaput" "passwd" 1 OK User logged in 2 lsub "" "INBOX.*" ... * LSUB () "." "INBOX.Enseignements.DeptIMA" * LSUB (\HasChildren) "." "INBOX.Enseignements.DeptTR" ... 2 OK Completed (0.000 secs 131 calls) 3 logout * BYE LOGOUT received 3 OK Completed root@albert:~# cyradm --user chaput albert Password: albert> lm ... INBOX.Enseignements.DeptIMA (\HasChildren) INBOX.Enseignements.DeptIMA.2eme_annee (\HasChildren) ... INBOX.Enseignements.DeptTR (\HasChildren) INBOX.Enseignements.DeptTR.1ere_annee (\HasChildren) ... albert> ACLs, file properties, ... are the sames for DepTR and DepIMA. And the problem is still there after a reboot, so there is no cache side effect.
